Superb experience for the purchase of my first vehicle !! After 4 months of long research, I finally found the mazda of my dreams. Living in Montreal I have done several dealerships but none had as much choice in their second hand vehicle (color, option etc.) as Mazda Portneuf. The service was on point and I especially appreciated the honesty of the team and their availability throughout the process. Excellent shopping experience! I had very courteous and transparent communications with all the staff there. Guy, the person who sold me my car, was well prepared when I came to see the car I bought. It was used and he had all of my questions about the history of the car answered. They don't pressure sell there, I felt comfortable throughout our interactions. Excellent service and great teamwork also there, we feel that communication is fluid between the various departments and the customer wins. After having done several garages in the last few months to find a car, I was happy to find a place that made me want to buy ... well I felt confident, in an environment that does not take the customer to high and in a "family" style environment!
