I called to purchase two trucks for my company and asked if there was a English speaking sales person. A guy answered the phone and said that they were in Quebec not Nova Scotia. He then started to swear at me and hung up. I called back and he told me to F@$&&$ off and hung up again. Very professional to say the least. Take your hard earned money elsewhere as they obviously have concern for customer service. If that’s how the sales team are treating customers that want to buy several vehicles I can only imagine how they treat you when you go in for service. Will be definitely sending an email to the president of ford. Stay away as far as possible from this dealer. Buyer beware.

It is a pity that there is no half star. Bad advice he does not know their product. Take the risk and buy it you will give me news. If your advisor tells you I will have a discount from Ford be careful with the change in interest as well. I am very happy to have got rid of this dealer. I bought a Honda cr v at the same price but what a difference in vehicle costs. It’s over for me the Ford forever.
