Exceptional service! We were traveling from Florida (USA) and had an issue with an electric bike. They graciously looked at it and assisted us immediately. We are forever grateful for your professionalism, knowledge, and kindness.
I ended up at this shop while touring. I had a problem with my back wheel and received some very bad service at another store. I contacte this store and they got me right in. They ended up rebuilding my back wheel while I waited and the service was beyond exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better mechanic to work on my wheel. He found issues that most certainly would have crept up later in my trip and dealt with them.
I can't say enough good things about this store and the professionalism of the staff.
I highly recommend them.
