We bought a carried caravan in June 2020. The service we received during our purchase was really perfect. On delivery, we were well explained all the features and the employees helped us to fit the trailer in the box of our truck. When we got back from vacation in September, we had some adjustments to make and once again, exceptional after-sales service. Superb service. Appointment at the last minute for a battery installation on a tent trailer, the technicians noticed a strange noise coming from my wheel and we took the time to do the check even if they were charged for the day. As new to the world of VR I confirm that they have gained a long term customer.

Nice store, but most of the inventory is in the backstore. The prices are more expensive than on the Internet and I had the impression of disturbing the clerk who was rather abrupt with me. He even pushed the audacity and asked me if I was rich! It's not worth the trip. By phone would have done just as well. I wanted to encourage local, but Amazon is more cheerful and cheaper for the same part numbers.

On my first visit I was really not well received by an employee, he didn't seem to want to help me, I felt that I was bothering him. Following this visit, I emailed the owners and they promptly responded with an apology and that they had spoken to the employee in question. I went back and bought the part I needed. So thank you to Mylaine Boudreault and Marco Boudreault.
