We are in town visiting from Squamish. We were looking forward to doing a family ride in the beautiful mountains here. My husband’s front wheel had the wrong size rotor put on and when he went to change it, one of the bolts was stripped and would not come off. We went to Skookum to ask for help with ONE bolt. The customer service person refused us any help stating that the technicians were too busy. We are small business owners ourselves and have never refused service to somebody in need. Very disappointed with our experience and will not be back.

Awesome shop all year round. Friendly experienced staff, very informative and helpful. Only place I take my kids and would buy my outdoor gear from.

Customer service is not their priority. There are always long lines and not enough staff. What is frustrating is that there are other staff in the back but they do not come and help. Once served they are great!
