Helpful and fast service. Even during covid they made renewing my insurance pretty easy. Can't hold ICBCs ridiculous insurance rates against this place

Same thing as Russell. Stood there waiting to get in and no one around. Checked Google & hours say 5pm but another spot on Google shows 7pm but then a sign in the window says 4:30 so it’s confusing. I called to be hung up on then called back to have me transferred to get voicemail when it wasn’t 5pm yet. I got there at 4:15pm thinking 45mins should be more than enough time. Apparently not. Disappointing

Very rude unprofessional . The web site says.open until 7 I got there just before 4:30 there was a sighn at the door walkin until 4:30 it also said to wait until your invited in... I stood there about 8 or 9 min .. the lady knew I was there but she waited until after 4:30 then opened the door to tell me it was after 4:30 and left...I told her the site said you were open until 7... I got the "covid times "response that people use to justify there rudeness. More like lazy times!!! I went to walmart for insurance after that and was treated very good... seems like some businesses want your business and want the economy to move forward and others like the hub in picadilly would rather make everything more difficult...after all these are " covid times "

We went on a Saturday afternoon and there were 3 staff members and the 2 of us in office at this time. They told us that only one of us could stay in the office at a time. I asked if I could at least stand in the waiting area as I could hear the conversation. They said NO. So if my spouse needed the support or an elderly parent ..THEN WHAT? We are new to area and we will not use their services again.
