Indigo - Park Royal

Indigo bookstore within Park Royal South. It's located at the East end of the mall on the ground floor. One of the few remaining bookstores around. There's a great selection of books, nicely laid out and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also a nice place to look for gifts and knick knacks. A nice kids section with toys and books and educational items. There's an in store Starbucks that's closed. There's currently occupancy restrictions so there's usually a small lineup to get in the store. With the occupancy limit the store is quite sparsely occupied and so it feels safe to shop there.

Great, and large variety of, any ideas, for all ages and gender. Lovely employees ,very helpful and welcoming. Great return policies even without receipt, no question asked. Very convenient location, and much more. Indigo book has been one of our family favorite places for years.

They have so many beautiful books here, if you're looking for something it's probably here. They also have socks!! And lovely journals and paper products, along with fidget toys and little games. There's highlighters and fancy erasers that kids (and stationary lovers) will enjoy. You can look up any book and see if they have it, and they have so many different genres it's hard not to be satisfied. I could spend hours in here! They have a somewhat strict COVID-19 policy, including mandatory masks and hand sanitizer, which is comforting and gives a safe feeling in the store! Overall, I'd definitely recommend.

Helpful staff. Organized and well marked covid set up.

Slow as molasses. Clerks move in slow motion. Can feel myself aging as I wait in line. If the lineup is out the door, get one of the staff wandering the floor aimlessly to open up the third register if its sitting empty.
