I don’t know about other people, but we got AWESOME service here today.

Seems like I am not the only one that carries the same sentiment of horrible service. Do not use this company, new management and rude customer service has taken this group down the toilet.

After a lineup and an argument at the BCAA location, this agency was like a breath of fresh air. They explained all my options and most importantly didn't try to upsell. Knowledgeable and attentive staff, friendly environment. Insured my 2 cars with them and will be going back again!

As a professional engineer dealing with insurance companies over the last 30 years, I was surprised to experience the terrible attitude by the manager who went against her team and could not listen properly to resolve a simple matter.

Been with them 30 years why would I change the best in customer service and takes care of all your needs without even stepping in the office
