I went there to renew my auto insurance. The lady was very kind and nice. I only waited 5 mins in the lobby. I wish they could have showed me a quote comparison and not just go full package with ICBC.

Phone support is not responding, nobody answers phone calls, i tried 3 times in 3 days to update my optional insurance, still not able to do it.
