AC&D Insurance Services - North Vancouver

I bought my car insurance from Terri and she was really knowledgeable and helpful especially since I don't know a lot about insurance. She was patient, explained everything and answered all my questions. Overall she made purchasing insurance a surprisingly pleasant experience! Definitely recommend.

Terri is one of my favourite people! She's awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, and knows her business. As a family we see her for all our vehicle insurance needs and have for years. The entire staff is great! We also deal with them for our commercial insurance and household insurance. Great service all around!

Avoid these guys. I called Joe Stonehouse for an insurance quote for 3 properties I own and after a week I called to find that he's still working on it. After a month still no reply so I call again and still nothing. Seems like he didn't care about my business, to busy building his new house. I would give these guys zero stars if I could. Find another company that cares about your business. These guys couldn't care less.

I always receive the best service from the team at AC&D Insurance. John Broderick has been taking care of my family's business insurance needs for years but we also love working with Darcy for our home insurance and Terri, Ken, and Jonathan always make sure our auto insurance is done properly.
