Zina, Amir, and Mahshid have provided excellent service over the years in helping to insure my car, condo, and our strata's building. They always respond on the same day to professionally answer any questions. They also searched high and low for good coverage that our building could afford, which was a real relief. I went in today and had a great experience for a transfer, but I think that may have more to do with it not being busy though. The dude was super professional and friendly and overall just someone good to do business with. They should fix their squeaky door though.

Went in to renew my insurance and as soon as I asked about the differences in deductibles with monthly payments. It was obvious it was a very hard task to give me a quote because the guy behind the front desk acted like I was making him do heart surgery.

Did not give me a day for expiry for insurance. Does this with others as well. If you see your own car has insurance for september 28 and your actual insurance is september 15 your insurance will be expired for enough time to get ticketed and impounded. Its not a detail that you can miss. Not only is it scummy and trying to get people pulled over on purpose, its something you would never forget when you do insurance every single day. Try to help others as a business.

Excellent service from Sherry (Gurlivleen) at this location. I have been doing my auto insurance with Sherry for the 2nd year now, and always got excellent advice, then recently went on to do my home insurance and motorcycle insurance with her as well. Would not go see anyone else. She is very diligent in her work and dedicated to helping her clients. Very professional and fast service.
