I had a simple insurance change, that was no problem, however when I entered one person had there mask hanging off their ear and the other person that was helping me had their mask upside down and below their nose the whole time they helped me. How do you expect customers to follow proper guidelines if the staff don’t.

Eventually got my ICBC insurance for new bike sorted out. However there were a few things that needed doing better. 1. I phoned before coming in to check I would have all the documentation, was not told I needed an additional two pieces. 2. On my first visit was told I only needed one of these, on second visit did not have the other one (a blank cheque) 3. It was cold and wet that night only 2 people allowed in due to Covid precautions. Asked if I could wait in my car and could be texted when it was my turn, was told not so had to stand outside freezing.

Quick, efficient service. Opening hours are very convenient.
