I have had auto insurance with this vendor for a decade. I have twice recently asked questions about insurance that the representative was unwilling to answer. The most recent was in response to my request to put business insurance on a vehicle that had previously been used only for personal use. The vendor told me that there were only two kinds of insurance for vehicles. Personal use and commercial. She told me that I would have to change the plates on my vehicle, cancel my current insurance and reinsure the vehicle as a commercial vehicle if I wanted to use it for business purposes. I explained again that I did not want commercial insurance, rather business insurance. She said there was no such thing and suggested I go somewhere else for my insurance needs as I was clearly not listening. Minutes later I went to an autoplan location in the same strip mall and changed my insurance to business in a few easy minutes. I won't be back to this vendor.

Was able to get my car insurance adjusted quickly and efficiently after a previous insurance agency made a mistake and refused to fix it.

Waited for 30 minutes with only one staff on during. Management should really hire more staff.
