Liza and her team ensured that my son had everything he needed for his PGYSA Impact season, and even went into the embroidery store on her day off to ensure his kit was embroidered with all of the other members of his team! Incredibly personable service and care! Our favourite sports store in PG.

Excellent store, always good service. Great that they have experienced players of various sports on staff so they can answer questions with real-world experience. I also appreciate that they recognize us (even though we are from out of town) and know what sorts of things we will be looking for.

Worst place to spend your hard earned money. This place will lie right to your face. I bought the bike from them on april 23 almost close to shop closing hour and ride it to my home. While riding it to my home I found that it wasn't shifting into highest and 2nd highest gear and called them the next day about the problem. They told me to bring the bike so they can fix the problem that occurred the same day after purchasing and within 5 km of riding. So after a month I called them about my complimentary service due on the bike and they asked me to drop the bike and I did . Sometime later that day, I got a call from them saying u already got your complimentary service couple times and when I asked them about the service dates, they said it was done on April 7. I just cant understand how they can service a bike on April 7 when it was bought on april 23. So I went to the shop to talk about it they said they just guessed the date and said the fix we did on 3rd day after you bought the bike is complimentary service( the problem they fixed was right out of the shop when the bike was bought). In nutshell it's just a bad place to spend your hard earned money.

Poor customer service. Lady at the store followed me around as if I was a criminal and wasn’t even maintaining proper social distancing . She stayed in my personal bubble the whole time I was there , but who she made sure I sanitized my hands, even though I told her I wasn’t going to touch anything as I was looking for a particular item. Woman’s demeanour was very rude.
