The local store is awesome! The local staff is awesome! But, when ordering online for delivery to the store, it took a long time and there was items missing, as well as shipments percent in separate pieces which made me have to go to the store four times for two orders. the customer service office has fixed the problem, however it caused a lot of inconvenience having to go there every time one of the items arrived rather than waiting for all of them to arrive before being notified

Nice sized store in Pine Centre Mall. It's not a behemoth sized store like others, but big enough to have lots of books for all ages. Nice selection of gifts and knick knacks and greeting cards (including Papyrus brands). Nice little store.

Great place for books and knick knaks. The reward program is also something to invest in as you get great deals and points towards future purchases.
