I attended NR Motors looking for a Travel Trailer and had a great experience with sales rep Richard. I was shown both new and previously enjoyed units receiving a lot of information, suggestions and a lot of patience shown by Richard. In the end we did not purchase but Richard put in a lot of time and effort answering all my questions on all types of trailers. I called Richard to let him know that I appreciated his time and work with me even though we bought something else. Much appreciated his time and NR Motors will get my servicing needs - which I have experienced in the past, professional, courteous and very helpful. Great place to deal with highly recommend!

After spending several months looking for used or new trailers we encountered Richard at NR Motors. Richard was non aggressive, very pleasant, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. We ended up returning to NR Motors for a second and third time and Richard supported us to our final decision. We are now happy owners of a 2020 Cougar. NR Motors continues to offer support through their service department.

We bought a trailer with a trade, and Richard Hobson in sales was excellent to deal with. A great buying experience. Thanks to Richard in sales, Sid the sales mgr, Kent in finance, Richard in service, and Mike and Ron in service for helping us get the trailer ready. Mike stayed after closing to ensure we were 100% properly leveled and hitched. Much appreciated NR Motors, great job by all.

Excellent and prompt service and competitive pricing. Knowledgeable parts person helped find the required items and shipped that day. Received parts in 2 days so very pleased to repair the boat before the weekend.

Horrible staff and service, my fiance was trying to drop his brand new boat off for warranty work and the lady was being very rude to him so he gave them a one-star review. Now they are REFUSING to work on his boat because he gave them a bad review. THE REVIEW WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE BEING SO RUDE THE FIRST TIME...I'll definitely be spreading the word.
