That was the most fun I've ever had on a bike in my life! 3 hours was perfect, the ride was so smooth! The guys went out of their way to ensure we knew how to use them and got to go on a great ride! Thank you so much! The bike took my fat a** all the way up to the Little Tunnel, and I didn't even break a sweat! Stunning views all along the KVR trail, and just so much fun to zoom through the wilderness! 11/10 o wanna rent an electric bike again soon!!

What a great morning! We were a little nervous for different reasons but Aaron gave us a great lesson beforehand. And the scenery was beautiful. I highly recommend Pedego Penticton!

I bought a 7 speed Cruiser Bike (not an e-bike) 3 years ago, as I was really missing riding. My bike wasn't expensive ($400) but it was alright, and fairly comfortable to ride. I was 55 years old, with a bad hip,and problem neck, as well as being out of shape. So, I rode my bike several times, but found I needed to stay where there were easy grades, which severely limited where I could ride in Penticton. Even though I rode easier routes, my hip was always quite sore the next day. One day, I pushed my bike up Vancouver Hill to do the KVR. I made it to the 6km point after 1.5 hours, because I kept having to stop to catch my breath. It took me 8 minutes to get home. The next day, my hip and neck hurt so bad, I spent the day on the couch. I didn't use my bike again.... I was NOT having fun!!! In 2019 my Brother in law bought an e-bike the week he retired, and put 1000km on it in the first month. He was in great shape, but loved being able to go on much longer rides, and get up steep hills. He bought my sister one for her birthday this spring. With his help, I researched e-bikes for a year. I always seemed to come back to PEDEGO!! There were several reasons I decided to check out PEDEGO bikes: 1) These bikes were originally invented for people my age, with moderate mobility issues. 2) They are the only company to offer a 5 YEAR WARRANTY!! 3) It is impossible to find a used Pedego bike, online ANYWHERE in North America. 4) A friend of mine, had purchased one last year, and ❤ LOVES❤ it!! PEDEGO Penticton was not open yet, so my friend and I drove up to PEDEGO Oyama, where she had purchased her bike. I had no intentions of buying a bike on this day, I just wanted to try a few models and look at pricing. I was prepared for the over eager salesman, and I was NOT going to be pushed into a sale, until I was ready. Well, I test rode the Interceptor and could not believe how comfortable it was to ride!! HELLO FUN!!! This was exactly what I had been looking for!! The pushy salesman was non-existent (Murray), other than answering my questions, he barely said a word. PEDEGO BIKES SELL THEMSELVES!!!! Needless to say, I bought a bike that day, and it is the BEST PURCHASE I HAVER EVER MADE!!!!! I went 51kms recently and the next day my neck and hip were tired, but not painful. I always use pedal assist, (except on flat ground) as I am trying to get in better shape. So I am pedaling the entire time. I have been up the KVR several times now, and just about everywhere else around here. The hardest part about having my bike, is making myself come home, I NEVER WANT TO STOP!!! I am thrilled AARON and PEDEGO PENTICTON are open now, so I can get my tune ups here. A few weeks ago, I made a mistake trying to raise my handlebars, and the bolt dropped inside. DUH!! I called Aaron (as he was trying to get ready for Opening Day). He never even hesitated, and told me to bring my bike right down. He spent 25 minutes fixing my mistake, to get me back on the road!! Aaron was AWESOME!!! I'm sorry this such a long post, but there is a lot to say about PEDEGO!! Please go rent one from Aaron!!! You will LOVE these bikes, whether you are in GREAT SHAPE or NOT SO GREAT SHAPE!! There is a model for EVERYONE!! Even a 3 wheeler!!
