Coles - Cherry Lane Shopping Centre

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Twice I ordered a product from this joke of a company and they sent me the wrong color. I understand accidents happen but it is very clear on the box as to what color it is and making the same mistake twice is unacceptable! I've had to run around to the store and post office once already and now I have to do it again! Not happy at all! Don't ever order anything from this company! They have no idea what they're doing. Their shipping speed is extremely slow too. I am so angry this happened again and don't let it happen to you. Shop elsewhere, trust me on this.

If i have paid for the book i ordered you should hold it till i come get it and not give me a deadline to pick it up or it goes back on the shelf. Especially during covid times.
