Will definitely look for Cam when it comes time to buy another vehicle. We do not live in Penticton, but Cam went above and beyond in making us feel like we were there in person. We have never experienced such exceptional customer service before and hope to deal with Cam again. He, and the dealership by far exceeded our expectations.

Many thanks to Austin in your service department. He went out of his way on a simple item, find the right puzzle lock for my car, then had a service man come out and remove the puzzle lock lugs (so i can get my tires changed at a local tire shop), not only did the service man remove the puzzle locks, he put on my spare lug nuts and then torqued all my lugs. It was only a 5 minute job, and not really a big deal but both guys went out of their way to do this for me and I think they deserve a thanks and the dealership deserves a thank you for encouraging their employees to offer great service. All the little things I go to the dealership (keys and puzzle locks) tell me this is a dealership that provides service above and beyond. Four out of Five stars for service above and beyond.

Today, I rolled into Your dealership and needed my new plates to be installed on my Matrix after moving back to BC. I have to say from the moment I stepped foot in the building everyone was very accommodating, happy, smiling and very positive. Special Kudos to the service girl and the two wonderful mechanics (you know who you are 😁) that took such good care of me. I certainly know where to get good service. Love my Toyota!
