Penticton Nissan

I recently found myself unexpectedly needing a new vehicle. I found a used vehicle online at Penticton Nissan and made an online inquiry which was promptly answered by Mike Turner. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I decided to purchase the vehicle (which was in as good a shape as advertised, if not better), and worked with Aaron Mackenzie to get that arranged. He also was very easy to work with and most helpful in getting me the best financing package possible. All in all a great experience with Penticton Nissan. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or new to them vehicle.

Had a question about my VDC OFF light in my 2013 Rogue that the 438 page owners manual was not able to concisely answer. I decided to call Penticton Nissan. I've not ever dealt with them before but figured it was worth a shot. The Nissan rep who I spoke with, Ryan, was incredibly helpful! In a matter of 60 seconds he was able to answer my questions in easy to understand terms and provided the necessary instruction I required.
