We are new to BC and are not totally familiar with the system here. We needed to plate my vehicle and the trailer we now live in full time. I was amazed that one of their staff actually came to the campsite so that he could physically see the trailer, rather than me hook it all back up and take it to him. They were recommended to me, and now I can see why, they were awesome

Waited for over 20 minutes to get a renewal. I guess none of the other at least 4 employees were licensed to sell autoplan insurance or else couldnt be bothered to spend 5 minutes with me. They even asked eachother where the 1 guy that was supposed to help me was.(he was outside changing license plates off another customers car.) He really helped me. He was great help. Disappointed in the others at the office tho

Friendly, bit slow, halfway through the paperwork the agent said, lunch time, then had a new agent take over. Strange!!!!! But good service and advice. Yep, OK.

Person I dealt with was not a happy person and a personality like dyed mud
