Excellent customer service. Everytime i go there for a renewal i get good news and leave feeling like i am the luckiest man on earth.

I needed help locating some paperwork for an old insurance policy. After spending about 45 minutes on hold, I decided to go into the actual store to see if someone could help me. There were two ladies working, who were both helping clients - which was totally fine, so I sat and waited. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, no one even acknowledged me, even to say that they would be with me when they were done. All I needed was to leave a message to have someone call me when they had a free minute! I won’t be returning for any other services.

If you are looking for knockledagbe, professional insurance and ICBC experts, don't search any longer and just trust Ryan and his team. The staff went today above and beyond, going the extra mile for me to get a vehicle registered.
