BCAA

I was told 30 minutes butwaited 1.5hours. Apparently the truck got directed to another call. The rep was great and the tow truck driver was great but not happy about the wait time. I live in Penticton and there is no reason for 1.5 hour wait. The truck should not have been directed elsewhere. The website was down as well. That maybe because the original truck was directed elsewhere. Not sure no one could answer why it was directed somewhere else.they should have called me. Thank you

I have never experienced Customer Service like what is offered at BCAA. Absolute text book treatment of customers and very knowledgeable about vehicles. cannot recommend BCAA enough if you are having vehicle problems.

The last experience with them was the worst I have ever had the person was dealing with on the phone was extremely rude made her own rules and demands. Now I find my self thinking of taking my multiple car insurances and home insurance to another company

Brutal, Staff should be ashamed... I needed to renew my trailer insurance, I was met at the door with a cold "Do you have an appointment" not welcomed in. Sorry we go by appointments only. We are booked 2 weeks out! WOW... I drove down to walmart and it took longer to drive there than sussex took to renew my insurance! I wont be back

Multiple calls, no answer and no call back. we have tried 6 times now. We have paid for our BCAA car insurance on line but are having trouble figuring out how to pay for ICBC portion. ICBC says to see your broker.. What now???
