Excellent service!!! Chad Lysohirka was great I had stood in line at BCAA for 10 minutes to be told they do not take walk ins, I then tried Superstore to find out they don't have a insurance office in the Penticton store. I was feeling very frustrated as I am not from Penticton I called Valley first ( Westland ) the receptionist was very friendly and informed me "yes " they were a walk in ...All safety protocols were in place and Chad was very professional and friendly this is my new Penticton insurance office for sure ...

I’m torn. valley first as an organization gets a -100 stars and this app is forcing me to chose at least one star. However on the flip side, Chad and Kaylee on the insurance team are worth a million stars. They are the only reason worth coming back. Go see chad or kaylee for your car insurance. Other wise, stay away.

We’ve been dealing with Valley First and this branch for almost 4 years, no problem and everyone is very professional until recently. My wife and some other Asian friends encountered same problem with the agent name Kaylee... she’s probably absent when professional ethics and respect to other cultures was taught. It’s so obvious if she can’t understand our pronunciation she’s starting to show some anger management issue. Our son touched her table and she freaked out, just wondering if she’s like that to all or is it only because of our skin colour. We end up getting our 3rd car’s insurance in BCAA, I have to walk out, because of her unprofessional manners. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended. Just a warning to our fellow Asian, you should be fluent enough to talk to this beautiful girl with stinking attitude.
