Terrible customer service the lady was rude and didn’t seem to have the time to answer my question, I really don’t think she could answer my question or didn’t want to take the time to find an answer or didn’t want to explain the process to me, whatever the case I will Not be going back!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Convenient location, lots of parking. My experience with insurance renewal is i started going to credit union for my cars because equally convenient and car insurance is same price regardless who sells it. The difference is how you are treated, what information they provide, sometimes they offer a calendar or something small like a car notepad. Over the years easily have an impression that credit union were much friendlier and more accommodating and my impression was reinforced today. The manager did assist me at the end of my visit and she was both helpful and friendly.
