I brought my bike in for a fix, and received exceptional customer service. I found the staff at Cycle Bertand to be extremely helpful and friendly. My bike is all fixed and I am a happy customer. :)

I has a very bad customer experience. Impolite employee or owner. Unpleasant surprises. Very poor service. I am never going there again. I recommend reading other comments below, I am not the only one who found the employee/owner very rude.

Bought a kickstand there, and less than a month later it broke. They remembered selling it to me even though I no longer had my receipt, and they replaced it with a new one and installed it for free, taking care of the broken one under its warranty. Good service on their part. Update: Also had a flat tire. It was the same tire that they serviced me 5 months ago, so they repaired it for free. Upgraded my review from 4 start to 5 stars. Way to go Cycle Bertrand!
