Wonderful experience! I wanted to get ready for snowy Ottawa winters early and came in looking for new skate skis, poles, boots and bindings. Over my two visits I was assisted by numerous staff who were all very knowledgeable and attentive. They were able to find me the perfect setup to fit my needs. Shopping locally always feels like the right choice, but even more so when the service and selection is top notch! Cant wait to come back to the shop for my mountain bike tune-up in the Spring.

Went in for a new bike seat, found the workers both knowledgeable and friendly. The installation of store bought bike parts seems to be included (at least for seats). The service guy was able to help me out with my bike and I was able to get some good information about options for bikes that they could set me up with at a later date. Recommend this store to anyone with questions about cycling or who needs some parts or servicing.

Very knowledgeable bike shop. Great staff and selection of products. Some things are sold at a bit of a premium but it's worth it to support a local shop.

Evan helped my colleague and I purchase a pair of Body Geometry Specialized branded spin shoes (torch 1.0 black for me, and torch 2.0 rocket red for my colleague). Great value for the shoes, was the most affordable in all of Ottawa. Evan was even kind enough to install the delta cleats to each pair after we purchased. Evan provided fantastic service, and was super knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Cyclery for your biking swag needs, plz be sure to request Evan as your sales rep!

Fantastic local bike shop with an excellent repair/sales team. Did a spring clean up and added some extra parts I didn't know I needed when I asked them to install fenders. They are able to order bike accessories, such as chariots, if they aren't available in store. Provided professional and informed service during Covid-19, continuing to safety serve clients.
