They are so helpful and friendly to help look for what you desire. Even can test drive to see if you enjoy it or not. I had a great experience at there store while I got my moose bike. It has helped me to go and get to work so much faster this winter I hardly had to walk ✌thank you all

went there yesterday to buy an ebike. Carlos was very knowledgable and helpful when it came to chosing the right bike. he let me test drive out back, and gave me a rundown of how to use the bike in full. nice shop, great customer service

I bought a brand new Magnum bike for my wife from this place and had to go pick it up in Toronto to help them out. We had it one week and the handle bar bracket cracked. It has been in the shop four weeks now and all I get is empty promises from Carlos. Service is everything! Terrible!

Excellent customer service. They really go out of their way to help their customers and unlike other shops, they'll work on any brand whether you bought it from them or not. Very helpful over the phone and reasonable shop rates.
