I’ve never had a bad experience shopping here. Staff is always readily available to help. Shout out to the ladies working today (Friday Oct 16) and helping with getting the perfect winter jacket :)

I had my skis tuned up and they are quite old. The bindings were too old for a tuneup but they checked them and were able to give me cautionary advice that they may give way, which I appreciated. Friendly and helpful.

Good store,but takes forever to pay,lines are long and people at the cash too slow. Terrible service, draging their feet...should hire people who wants to work. The slowest cash services I ever saw.

How does a store this big require hide and seek to find an employee? Seems as if everyone is hiding and no help can be provided without hunting down someone. The only reason I am returning to this store is to pick-up an in store item that wasn't available. Checkout times weren't impressive as well.
