Went in yesterday and was greeted right away by a staff member. Told him what I was looking for skis and he showed me my best options and gave a thorough breakdown of all the products. Grabbed me multiple pairs of boots to try on and helped me find the best fit. Super helpful and knowledgable staff

I called this location to ask about buying a pair of Nordica Enforcer downhill skis. The warehouse did not have in stock the skis that I wanted and needed, but Matt, who works in store at this location, helped me from the phone and was excellent! He was friendly, fun, knowledgeable. I know skis well but he really helped provide that extra bit of knowledge and insight to help me decide what would be best for me both in terms of ski and length. I don't live in Ottawa, so will likely never get to the store, but just wanted to share my positive experience with Matt's knowledge!

Sold me a 700c tube that was too small, told me to just pump it up a bit more. Tube blew up. You guys dress nice, but don’t seem to know much about bikes. UPDATE: I was given a smaller tube, knowingly, saying “oh just pump it up a bit more” I do so, and the tube blew up. I showed a clear picture of the tire and tube that I had. Don’t try and mess with sizing of things if you don’t have the bicycle in front of you. I came in asking for a certain size, knowing that’s what I needed and was told this size would work, I figured I would give it a shot since you guys should know what you’re talking about Rebec did a great job getting me the size I needed.

Very friendly staff and a good, fairly priced selection of items. An employee I believe by the name of Matt was very knowledgeable on cycling tools and really helped us out. Definitely would recommend their services.

Went for a Bike Tune-up for a bike ordered on Amazon. I explained that I want the bike to be safe and functional. Got it back and stored it. Today I used it and its horrible. Front tire not mounted properly, dangerous Front break not adjusted, not working High Gear lever is stuck in middle gear Back break just barley works Paid almost $100!! Seriously Kunstadt, are you trying to get me killed?
