This MEC has a decent inventory but the customer service is excellent! All the staff are knowledgeable of not only the outdoors, but for their products as well. If you need help, they'll certainly be able to give you a hand.

Great store! Bought my helmet and lock here. There is a $5 membership fee (kinda like Costco, but for a lifetime). You also have to bring your own bags, which I think is a great idea: less plastic wasted. Update: got a backpack from here, and it is so beautiful it almost made me cry. Nice back support and amazing price! Definitely worth the bus ride there!

Good experience as always. Not a lot of staff on the floor, but I found what I needed fairly easily. Staff at can were very friendly. Hopefully they will maintain the same level of friendliness and service into the future.
