Nice people, young kid did his best to help me despite it being his first day. Got air in my tire and bought a replacement part. Not far off the bike path. (Good location). Inviting giant doors for the repair counter.

Told me reassuringly the next day. I'm not going ready. I ask him the price. At the time of paying, it is double and did not have the professionalism to call me to inform me before. He looked cracking and on top of his business. In addition, the work is not done, the wheel is still crooked and he did not have the kindness to inflate the tire after the job, (if he worked on the bicycle). Had to put a star to put these comments, but still too much generosity, deserves -3, as long as to me. Customer service rots with no results in the end. And very expensive for no result. Avoid bicycle shop.

Rotten service. We ordered tires. 1 week later, we are told that the tires have never been ordered and the guy haughtily asks to check if we have ordered well at this store. The store closes during the day without notice. Really sorry for a local store. We will go to another city!

I like this place because the staff are courteous and helpful and usually offer excellent service. But for this time I did not really appreciate the length of time to repair my bike.
