This is my favourite BMO branch in Calgary! It is well managed and the reps here are all very friendly and helpful! I’ve been banking with this location for a couple years now and keep coming back because they treat me so well. I definitely feel like a valued customer here and would recommend this location to anybody. Thank you!

Drive thru bank machine has malfunctioned for at least a year don't understand why they don't replace it. Every time do cash deposit it spits out your money back at you. Won't be returning given ample time to resolve this issue.

Bad customer service! The lady has no patience at all.

I came there for transferring RSP Mutual fund to Term Investment . 5 days after, I came there again because my money in RSP Mutual Fund account still had has been withdrawn. But the lady who helped me before said she did not know what happened. I wish the branch manager can see me or email me at [email protected] to let me know what going on.
