Bought a used Tiguan, my salesman Alexis was amazing. He answered every question I had took his time and replied quickly to any emails I sent him. As well when picking up the car Charlotte was super nice and spent nearly an hour showing every feature the car had. Overall excellent service

I called yesterday about seeing if a car was available, the sales man told me it was available! So I asked if I can put a deposit on it until this morning because I only got a call back from them as soon as I was about to start work. He said he needs to ask his manager and he will call me back. He called me back 45 minutes later telling me yes I can reserve it and took my credit card information, 500$ and I booked an appointment for as soon as they opened the next day. My brother called them later that night to discuss the price because I was 100% going to get this car and I wanted to know the price breakdown but I was at work so he called for me. They assured him that they would hold the car for me until my appointment the next morning. After that conversation and right before they closed I got a text saying the car was sold by his colleague. I don’t understand how a manager can agree to take that much money for a deposit only to tell the customer that another colleague sold the car. Please don’t get peoples hopes up for no reason, thanks.

I did go today at 14:10 to refund my deposit money of 500$ after one working day, because I changed my mind and found a better car "from the start they told me that I could cancel the order at any time and receive my deposit money"...but when I arrived, I found the opposite. They told me that I should wait for the boss to perform the operation with his device, but in fact they made me wait 30 minutes for nothing, when he came, I received the worst treatment.he star screaming at me "Why do you want to cancel the order?, we wasted alote of time on your service how could you change your mind?...bala bla....and he keep talking trash to me and so mad"....but the good news's my brother was going to buy his car from them tomorrow, but now he will not go...and i'm proud that I did not deal with them

Polite staff and was able to get a last minute appointment for a large oil leak repair when most other VW dealerships in the area had no availability for 2 weeks.
