Be careful! Bought a vehicle here, and was told it needed nothing. But it needed a serious safety component immediately.
When I asked how that could have been missed I get told "no one is perfect". Mechanic should be trained better that looked it over! Or canned!!
Car had been smoked in heavily. Salesman told us that it will be completely gone upon pick up and the smell won't come back. He said they spray it down and close the windows. Well whatever they "spray" (seemed just like a cheap cologne) was gone within a couple days. Car reeked again of smoke.
Seem more worried about volume sales instead of proper customer satisfaction. First and LAST purchase at this place!
The salesperson and the rest of the staff were A1. My questions were adequately answered and the obtaining of the vehicle of my choice was easily done. I highly recommend this HR GREGOIRE location. The quality and variety of vehicles to choose from is superb!
Good service. It was very nice to deal with Frank Tremblay. He doesn’t put pressure on you and answers every question adequately. You feel comfortable dealing with him as for he is not there just to sell a car !
