I bought 2 bikes for my son and one for myself over the years. The staff is always friendly, and has always been patient and helpful. Maintenance engagements have always been followed to the letter. Buying tools, and other workshop items from them has also always been easy, and they have good stock. Highly recommend.

Got a bike from a different giant location. Very happy with the bike but there was some issues when it was being built. Even thought I didn’t get the bike from giant Vaudreuil, Tim took the time to help me and fix what needed to be fixed on multiple occasions. Next time I rather buy any bike with Tim then buying anywhere else. Thank you Tim!

Not a bad experience, but staff isn’t very friendly. A bit rough, specially buying a $$$ bike. They make you feel like”We don’t need another sale, these are the best bikes in 🌎 and if you don’t buy, just too bad”. Certainly sales representative could be better.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the care and service at Giant Vaudreuil. Tim takes pride in what he does and makes sure to find the right bike at the right price. I’d gladly shop again at that store. My son is a happy rider of a brand new Talon 29-er and glad not to have missed the season.

Very nice experience. Went in wife my wife and found more than we were looking for. Very helpful, and friendly. Will return again.
