Very disappointed; I had brought my 2015 Altima here before and the service was satisfactory, and when I got my 2018 Pathfinder, I decided to continue. But it seems that something has changed, since the service is now awful. I brought my truck to Ile Perrot Nissan in August for a few issues, the most important of which were the incessant pinging that has developed, the irritating "hot or cold" climate control system and the backup camera which erratically gets fuzzy with lines. Pinging: "normal", here are some photocopies of your user manual that say so (I paid 30 minutes of "service" for this). The pinging happens even when I'm not going uphill!! "Try super fuel"...thanks Capt Obvious; except this problem wasn't there in the first year that I had the vehicle, so it has to be something else like a knock sensor or carbon in the combustion chamber(s). Climate control: "some sensors may need to be changed" to "the tech didn't find anything wrong". I incrementally increase the temp setting from 18 to 23 with no change, then after further increases, it starts blowing warm air. Backup camera: Here's my video showing the problem. "Sorry, you have to bring it when the problem is happening". So I have to wait for this intermittent problem to manifest itself, then hope it will still be there when I get to the dealer. Thanks for nothing, won't be going back here.

Left a deposit for a car, salesman didn't force me to sign paperwork so was super happy. When I asked for deposit back was asked to wait 40 minutes to speak with manager. Manager said that my money had already been calculated in their month's profits, and that I should have signed the papers, so I should just buy the car. When I said I wanted my funds back, and that she should speak with her vendor about the paperwork since nothing was signed, she got upset, was sarcastic and huffed while taking me to the SAME desk where I was asked to wait and the SAME receptionist gave me my money back. Waste of time and a very disrespectful and unpleasant experience.

I received a letter from Nissan Canada that I can purchase my leased vehicle directly with Nissan Finance for free admin charges or I can use my dealer to complete paperwork for $100 fees. I asked my dealer to take care of it. I was surprised to see this dealer charging $300 instead of $100, when I asked why, answer was this is our price, take it or leave it. This small extra charges made me unhappy customer and decided to write this comment, I will never deal or recommend this dealer.
