I was initially told to leave last week after arriving at 730pm since no sales reps were available. I cannot show up earlier because of work. So today I showed up at 730pm again and even though no sales reps were available the finance director was able to help me out. I always do my own research before deciding on a product and I was already sold on the Ranger. I just needed a test drive and someone to help me finalize the transaction. Very pleased with Marc Desjardins. Looking forward to picking up my vehicle.

I bought a Ford 2010 brand new and a rust warranty (10 years) with the car. 3 months before the warranty expires I went back for some rust repair (went back previously after 8 years as well). They honored their warranty without arguments! Great and friendly service from Pierre. Recommended Ford dealer. 👍

Good service when at the dealership, but it can be difficult to reach the service department by phone, often going to voicemail.

I was greeted by a very professional customer service rep. and no time was wasted. My stay at the customer waiting area was fine and it was especially nice to have my Sales Pro. (Michel) greet me with a big smile. My last 7 or 8 vehicle purchases and leases were handled at this location. They treat you "right" and that is why I insist on dealing with the "Pros"!
