I had a big problem with my car which i was always told by the dealer near my house that i needed to go to where i bought it. Even though i had the extended warranty. I had to even call Honda Canada who reffered me to Gino and his team. The staff is always friendly when i come here. To booking the call with Leeann , to speaking with Claude or Jean-Francois. They took the time to hear everything that was wrong, find the problem and fix it. They are extremely professional but also make you feel welcomed, comfortable and as a family which you want from a business. That mom and pop feel. The dealership is extra clean and they take extra care during Covid. I felt very safe and extremely well taken care of. 5 star service. The best part is i wont need to come back and also when i got back to my car it looked as if i had a new car. Thanks again to everyone at Honda Ile Perrot.

Once the car purchased the service changed completely, disrespectful and nor honest/keep their commitment to providing good after service. Spoke in french to my anglophone husband and did not honor break guarantee given to us at sale because we missed a service. Very difficult to work with the after service team.
