RUDE AND RACIST
I emailed them several times in a span of two weeks and nobody bothered to contact me. So, I decided to call the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available, ( sep 31 before noon)
A woman picks up the phone and begins speaking in French.
Me: how are you?
Woman: continues to speak in French.
Me: Sorry, I don't speak French but am calling to see if (make of car) is still available
Woman : ok wait ( in a rude tone)
Man picks up and talks in French
Me: sorry I don't speak French but...
Man: says something in French and hangs up the phone.
*** You just lost my business and I was willing to drive 3+ hours to get the car.
