period. July 9th.. In response to your request, Without prejudice. I allow myself to summarize my experience at this concession. All already sent to the sales manager of this one and acquiesced by this person by indicating to me to have taken "positive" note; there will therefore be no surprises. Topo: Reservation made, requested documents submitted. However, for lack of rigor; the vehicle was sold to another person to my unhappy surprise. My schedule being rigorous, having traveled from afar; I took the news when I arrived in front of a crestfallen face. I see a casual and unusual selling method; suspecting a bidding up in order to sell to the highest bidder. Do not dwell on the distortion of the experience since the proofs of all communications as well as the sending of a document for deposit and leading to the sale are evident and submitted. The so-called email server problem does not explain the fact that the telephone is not over. Very sorry, when I was referred to this concession. To the best of my mind. For me it's over. Period. I hope this is unique and wish you the best possible continuity. Goodbye.

Great service for warranty repair. They lent me a coutoisie without hesitation. (unlike vw st-hyacinthe which supposedly had to evaluate my car to be able to lend me one .... even if I bought it there 1 year ago)

My car was not flowing enough to put the repair on the warranty. In another dealer 2 days later they did the repair without finding an excuse.
