Very helpful staff, not invasive yet always nearby to help. Shopped there at the very end of their opening hours and yet they never pressed me or made me feel bad for being a bit late to finish my shopping.

I have been to buy winter boots for my boy and I ask for junior gr7 That I had checked online or he had The clerk goes to see and comes back to me and tells me that he has none and that he has been doing this job for many years and that this greatness is rare ... etc. I mention to him that I had checked on the internet and told me that the inventory is not up to date because of the covid .. (ok I understand that) He told me to go directly to the Sorel site and order them because this size is rare. I tell him that is not what I want to do and he practically tells me that it is my only option and that its been years which is in this field and that it is rare and that it is the covid I often buy from expert sport and this experience is really not appreciated I went to Rubino and there was junior gr in several models 🤷‍♀️
