Bought a new car, great service from Bertrand Bouchard !!!! Love my new Jeep.
They did not find my car problem...
When I contacted Bertrand Bouchard before the Covid-19 crisis struck, we had agreed upon a deal. However, with the dealership closing, based on government recommendations, and uncertain times, I decided to postpone my purchase. After Granby Chrysler resumed operations, Bertrand contacted me about another Dodge Ram 1500 Warlock truck. He was professional, efficient and not pushy. I respected his approach to doing business. We communicated in French and English, which was appreciated since English is my first language. Melanie Larouche had the financial logistics arranged in very satisfactory time. My experience at Granby Chrysler was highly satisfactory.
Friendly and knowledgeable service. Been customers for over 20 years: staff may change but always helpful and welcoming. Kudos to Bertrand Bouchard for making our latest purchase a fun experience.
