I went to get photos taken back in October regarding multiple corrosion spots on my car. I’ve been to this dealer about 3-4 times previous to that for other issues. All my info is in their system. Now we’re in May, so I called to see the status of my file and Mr. Doyon says it never got sent because he claims he didn’t have my address!! He has access to my info at his finger tips. I’ve waited 7 months for nothing and have to start from scratch. Not impressed! Perhaps it’s time to change to a new dealership that will get things done.

238$ for an oil change! They are a bunch of crooks.

I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership in late April 2019. It was a 2013 Golf R, was supposed to be in great shape and was described to me as being never winter driven. When I went to pick it up I looked the car over and checked the underbody. I could see some rusting on some of the suspension components which was clearly from winter and salt. I proceeded to purchase the vehicle anyways as it was a low km vehicle and there are not many out there. After having the vehicle a month now I have had many issues. I have found rust under both front fenders, there is a rattling when driving over rough pavement and my wife had a wheel come loose when taking the car to work one day. I brought up these issues to the dealer and they pretty much told me to get the rust fixed by warranty. I decided that this was not acceptable as certain things are not covered through the warranty ( vehicle rental during repairs, paint blending ) and would cost me out of pocket and I did not buy a car to have it fixed after 3 weeks. I told the dealer that I saw 2 ways to resolve the issue, either I could bring back the car and get a refund or to give me a partial refund as the vehicle was not sold in the condition I was lead to believe it was in. They proceeded to start processing my rust repair claim even though I told them this was not an acceptable option as I bought the car from out of town and it is a 3 hour drive to get there. Last contact with the dealership was 1 week ago and I was told the manager would call me the next morning. I have yet to hear back from him.

Good dealer with friendly staff, got 3 VW from there up to now, sales man like Mario and Stephane at the service makes the experience much better. The only reason it is not 5 stars is the dealership itself, it is a bit small and overall service is a bit lacking. Hopefully the renovations will help with that.

I’ve been a VW owner for almost 25 years now and have used the service departments at several of your locations in Quebec over this time. My experience at the Granby location has been so egregiously poor that I need to write to complain. Last week I had an appointment to drop off my car in the morning with a courtesy car booked for the day. I was 15 mins late for the appointment due to the poor conditions of the roads due to a storm. When I arrived the service manager had given the courtesy car to another customer and offered that I could wait for the 4 hour repair to be completed because they didn’t have another car. I choose to leave because I had errands planned for the day. Before giving the courtesy car to another customer I would have expected at least for him to contact me so I could tell him I was on my way to the dealership. I walked out of the dealership upset and vowed never to return again.
