In 6 years been there 3 times got 3 cars from another dealer in the region, salesforce are not very convincing or motivated. Overall people are polite, but never felt welcome per say. To bad I love Kia cars.
Bad experience with a horrible salesman (Geoffrey). He was very annoyed by my line of questioning, as if im gonna spend 20k on a used vehicle without doing my best to find out if there are problems with it. Which there obviously were and he was not being honest, instead was very deflective. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
