bought a brand new car in this place and change oil for the very 1st time, i drove my car to work the following day, smoke coming out at the hood, and when i open and check the oil was pour all over at the motor. called Nissan granby told me to bring the car, employee are very rude , did not fix the car problem until i have to talk to the manager. i will never recommend this place to buy a car, i regretted of buying brand new car from this dealer..

The service was great, and the people spoke both languages, very pleased
Awful - my son bought a used car from them that had not been inspected. Burnt headlights that we only found out when driving on the highway. Next day, a 'transmission service indicator' came on and, best of all, as we are walking towards the car, the salesman hands us over 1 key..... that's a $250 key we have to now pay. Do not shop at Nissan Granby - stay away!
im not impressv with nissan. they took advantage of my daughter and even more of my son. i would not recommend them at all
