Chagnon Honda De Granby

I own two vehicles: Honda CR-V and Acura TLX. It's been over 10 years I come here to get my service done here, even though I live about 45min away. I completely disagree with some of the negative reviews. The level of customer service is absolutely impeccable. Special thanks to Martin Fournier at the service department, he knows how to go extra miles to accommodate me and my family. Honda Chagnon, you're lucky to have someone like him in your team. Very professional, agreable and friendly.

Sales person was great... He worked really hard, successfully closing a deal with me on a new car. He was friendly, courteous and really knew his stuff. Unfortunately, the next day when I was enquiring about my delivery date, I was informed, at the request of the sales manager, I had to pay an extra $80 to have my winter tires transferred from my trade-in, only to do it again in a month. I felt this was unreasonable and asked if this charge could be absorbed, since I would be back in a month and I would be paying for changing to my summer tires anyways. The sales manager totally disagreed with this reasoning and was willing to cancel the deal if I refused to pay this $80 charge on the $40000 new vehicle... Talk about shooting a mosquito with a bazooka... I agreed to disagree, and cancelled the deal... If any business is that cheap and short-sighted, they don't deserve your business anyway. When I walked back into the dealership to get my deposit back, I spoke with the salesperson, who greeted me in his usual friendly manner, however, I got the cold shoulder from the manager, since no attempt was even made to explain his reasoning, as if though it didn't matter... This is not the place I would want do business with again. Attitude is everything! If you don't matter as a customer, you have to ask... What does matter if no one really cares? Honda is a great brand.... I'm sure there are other more deserving dealers who can do this brand justice. If you deal here, I hope your experience is better than mine.

Dealership on the smaller side with great customer service. Very grateful to Mr. Francis for giving me a good deal on a gently used car and going the extra mile to help me return my rental car. If I ever need a new Honda, this will be the first place I go to.

I gladly bring my car here for maintenance as the service is simply great. The staff are friendly and helpful for whatever you need. The waiting room includes free coffee, water, wifi, iPads, couches and a TV. They offer you a ride if need be depending on the time of your appointment.
