I bought an 2017 Audi A4. Excellent service from Vahan, very professional. Normally I hate going through the financial director office because they tend to push you stuff down the throat and sell you all of supplements but it not the case at Audi West Island. This is best buying experience I never had. These are very great people... thanks a lot guys

I have a 2020 Q3 which I love. I new something was off when the clock was not giving me the correct time even after I adjusted it. I called Audi West Island & right away they new what it was. I scheduled an appointment with my service technician, Peter Salvo, when I got there Peter had a courtesy car waiting for me. He was accommodating & everyone I dealt with was very professional. I had an amazing experience & I highly recommended them.

This review is for the auto service department only. My bad experience with the service at this location started over an year ago with the 115k maintenance service. I noticed on my way back from their workshop that only half of the work was showing on their bill of work compared to the planed revision work. They kindly gave me another appointment a week later for what was not done after about three or four calls to dispute my cause. The second visit took 5 hours instead of 1.5h because the car had to be checked by their head mechanic for quality control. When I stopped at a gas station on the way home I saw gas gushing from under the engine. Took the car back to find out the gas filter was not properly installed. Two hours later i was on my way back home. At my last visit it took them 4 working days to refill my transmission oil. When I picked the car up, the notes from the mechanic did not match the invoice. The service department kindly charged me an extra amount saying the machanic was confused and he actually did more than what he wrote down on the bill. All in all I do not recommend their car service shop for simple maintenance work but who knows, maybe they do complex jobs better.

We passed by today to check one of their models, and were introduced to Chris, a very nice helpful and accommodating sales rep. He is new on the job, but always comes back with the requested information. He is a car enthusiast and is a joy to work with.
