Wow, wow, wiw. Talk about going above and beyond!! Jimmy Mandalis and Larry Esguerra are incredible ambassadors for Mercedes West Island. They are awesome. Jimmy is the service manager and Larry is my service advisor. I had a service issue with "another" Mercedes Benz dealer during the Covid lockdown where they charged me for a repair under warranty. Unfortunatelyy that dealer was the only one open in Montreal during Covid. I pursued the other MB dealer to reverse the charge without success. Once my Mercedes West Island dealer opened up after the lockdown, I spoke with Larry and Jimmy and they went into action. Jimmy quickly called the other dealer to have the charge reversed. Despite receiving resistance, Jimmy patiently pushed forward for me. Larry kept me in the loop as the process took almost 4 months . Guess what, Jimmy finally got me my reimbursement. Talk about going above and beyond. This was not a Mercedes West Island issue and yet took the time to help me out. They are true ambassadors for the Mercedes organization. Cheers and thank you. Amazing amazing amazing!!! I just loved it I just drove back with my Mercedes cla 250 2019 and I just loved everything about this place especially the service. I met with Daniel Deckelbaum and he is the beat salesman I ever met. Super friendly , funny and they know how to do real business. Anyone that goes there ask for Daniel

IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE SCRATCHED, THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE. I went there for to fix my car headrest while they was fixing it they scracted my seats door panels, I asked them to fix it they only accept to fix the few scratches, the way they fixed it was very cheap it looks like a 5 years old did some painting. I won't recommend anyone to go there if you go make sure check your car after.
