Great product, customer service was awful. We made an online purchase for a bike and was told delivery would be $25. The next day we received the invoice from the shop saying everything was processed, and that we would receive the tracking number shortly. 5 days go by, and I receive a phone call from Demers informing me that I need to pay an additional $95 on top of the $25 quoted for shipping. They refused to budge on the price, or add any accessories to help offset this incurred expense. After paying the additional shipping expense, I received a phone call stating that the bike was ready for pickup. Just an absolute disaster as this was an order to be shipped.

"Professional" shop where we recommend an inner tube that is too big compared to a very thin tire despite some objections from you: "worry it will pass" the professional says to you with a condescending smile and taking advantage of your confidence . When the moment comes when you bring back this inner tube which has actually not held up in this too thin tire and a new "professional" teaches you a lesson: "it should have come in, each one his job sir". We finally change your inner tube with a size below but continuing to emphasize that "the other should have worked" and we make you pay additional costs without reimbursing you for the inner tube ... A nice bunch of crooks who will not hesitate to take advantage of your trust and your lack of knowledge in the field: a good "Demers" shop.
